Mark Forti is responsible for sourcing, originating and structuring new lending investments for Gordon Brothers Finance Company. Mark comes to Gordon Brothers Finance Company with 28 years of experience as a Commercial Banker. His knowledge and expertise is centered in Asset Based Credit, Restructuring and Collateral & Financial Analysis. Prior to joining Gordon Brothers Finance Company Mark spent 9 years with GE Capital specializing in the origination, structuring and underwriting of asset-based Loans to National Retailers. Prior to GE Capital Mark spent a combined 18 years at Bank of America and its predecessor banks in a variety of roles all centered around loan structuring, underwriting and origination. Mark received a BS from Bryant University and an MBA from Bentley University.
